We were contacted by this client when their builder had failed to carry out the work to a standard. Both the Building Regulations and Planning requirements had not been met. The Authorities enforced a stop order to the construction work. Baxter & Kind , along with the client, formulated schedules for the remedial work, liaised with the Local Authorities and worked with a very tight budget to produce the finished product. The project has been put forward for a Quality Award.
