The care home was extended with 12 bedrooms and two offices within the roof space. The project was built in two phases, phase 1 included the conservatory link, 5 bedrooms and two offices, phase two consisted of the remaining 7 bedrooms. The project was designed and built by Baxter & King and constructed three years apart. The home was in full use throughout this period.
